Compensation: $120/daily
Responsibilities:
This Charlotte Lab School summer teacher assistant position will have the following responsibilities in support of Lab’s vision:
Report to Summer Program Director and Summer Program Teachers
Work directly with students with unique learning needs (i.e. behavior needs, EC/504/EL students, etc.)
Assist teachers with academic and/or enrichment courses during the summer program
Assist teachers with progress monitoring and final reading assessments
Provide support in instructing and monitoring students in the use of learning materials
Operates and cares for equipment used in the classroom for instructional purposes.
Assist teachers in administering Read to Achieve tests OR EOCs at the end of the program
Candidate MUST:
Show clear commitment to, belief in, and alignment with the Lab vision, mission, and values;
Be able/willing to learn how to fulfill the responsibilities listed above;
Demonstrate experience in, and passion for, working with diverse populations;

Have comfort with relevant technology and experience with Google Suite;
